2. When should I create ticket on support URL: http://ergodetech.com

If you create a ticket or want to check knowledge base above is will help you a lot. In manual ticket creation, you have an option to set priority and team will work based on ticket priority. We all recommend this option as it's a standard process of issue escalation followed by most of the organization.
